Plymouth Community Equipment Service
What service we provide
The service is provided to people of all ages in the community setting, including residential homes and nursing homes. We cover the Plymouth boundary for those with health or social care needs, or for those with health needs who reside outside of the boundary, but who are registered with an Plymouth-registered NHS GP.
The service includes delivery and installation, servicing and maintenance, and collection of equipment that has been ordered by a prescriber, physiotherapist, district nurse or a social services provider. We also make adaptations to people’s homes.
